The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a similar role. A strong background in deploying and integrating AI/ML solutions in real-world environments is essential. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools like MLflow and experience in model deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of AI/ML solutions are also important. A passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire to work on innovative solutions that drive significant impact for customers is essential.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques in customer deployments, particularly in areas such as data analysis, predictive modeling, or automation. A background in deploying and supporting software solutions within legal technology or complex enterprise environments, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements, is also advantageous.
