Eudia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to collaborate directly with customers in deploying and scaling AI-powered solutions. This role serves as a bridge between customer stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex operational workflows into impactful product capabilities. Eudia is revolutionizing legal work through AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, empowering Fortune 500 legal teams to accelerate decision-making, mitigate risk, and drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include developing tailored solutions by translating customer requirements into scalable, technology-enabled workflows and integrations. The engineer will design, develop, and deploy custom configurations and features that address specific customer needs while maintaining platform integrity. Additionally, the role involves partnering closely with product and engineering teams to test features, identify high-impact use cases, and contribute ideas for new product capabilities. Supporting customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educating users on product capabilities, validating use cases, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving successful adoption are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience. Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments is required. A strong user of AI tools with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact is essential. The candidate should be entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. A relentless owner mindset, excellent communication skills, and excitement about AI and the opportunity to transform complex work are also sought after.

Preferred qualifications include subject matter expertise in Defense acquisitions and program management, with a deep understanding of DoD procurement processes, FAR/DFARS regulations, and defense program lifecycle management. An active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly valued. Experience working with government or defense sector clients and familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to defense contracting, such as CMMC, ITAR, and NIST 800-171, are also preferred.
