Technical Product Manager
Eudia is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end user experience of its core application, focusing on AI integration into legal workflows such as contract review, diligence, compliance analysis, and advisory research. This role involves translating advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable application experiences that align with the operational needs of legal professionals. The position is based in Palo Alto, California, and offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI, platform, design, engineering, and customer teams.
Key responsibilities include designing enterprise-ready workflows that enable legal teams to interact naturally with Eudia's AI platform, ensuring that these workflows reflect actual legal processes. The role also involves managing how AI-generated responses are presented, focusing on structured summaries, citations, and handling edge cases to maintain trust and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires shaping user interactions across various data sources and implementing feedback mechanisms to enhance system performance over time. Supporting secure enterprise deployment and adoption through features like permissions, audit trails, and deployment controls is also a critical aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of product management experience, particularly with complex, user-facing enterprise applications. Experience in building AI products within startup environments, including taking products from concept to launch and achieving customer adoption, is essential. A strong background in workflow design, usability, and B2B/enterprise user experience is required. Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering and AI teams, along with excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, are also necessary. Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains such as legal, finance, or healthcare is considered a strong plus.
