AI Engineer (RWA) - Shenzhen based

Hyphen Connect is seeking an AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Shenzhen. This role focuses on developing cutting-edge AI solutions to support our next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project, emphasizing institutional adoption and the tokenization of real-world assets. The AI Engineer will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI models that bridge traditional Web2 institutions into the Web3 ecosystem.

In this position, you will design and develop AI algorithms and models to enhance our blockchain infrastructure. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate AI solutions into blockchain applications, analyze complex data sets to improve decision-making processes, and implement machine learning models to boost blockchain scalability and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, with proven experience in AI and machine learning model development. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java are essential, along with familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized applications. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, is crucial. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
