AI Product Content Intern
Mirakl is seeking an AI Product Content Intern to join its Customer Support & Training team in Bordeaux, France. This team, led by the Manager of Customer Training, comprises approximately ten professionals, including Support Engineers, Product Content Specialists, and Training Project Managers. The intern will collaborate closely with the Training and Product Content teams to develop educational materials that enhance user engagement with Mirakl's platform.
The intern's primary responsibilities include designing and producing engaging content across various formats, such as videos, e-learning modules, and written documentation, utilizing tools like Guidde, Mindsmith, Veed, Paligo, and Confluence. They will structure and optimize diverse content sources to support Mirakl's Digital Agent, organizing content architecture and metadata to facilitate intelligent self-service and autonomous issue resolution for users. Additionally, the intern will identify training requirements and content gaps by engaging with internal teams and external users, proposing actionable solutions to improve discoverability and effectiveness. Leveraging AI-driven analytics, they will track learner engagement, measure content performance, and adapt materials dynamically based on user interactions and data insights. Collaboration with Product experts, Technical teams, and Customer Success is essential to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and up-to-date across all knowledge sources.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Content Design, Knowledge Management, Digital Learning, Technical Documentation, or a related field. Experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or technical documentation writing is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are essential. Technical proficiency with multimedia and documentation tools, along with an eagerness to explore AI technologies, is required. An understanding of content architecture and knowledge management to optimize materials for users and AI-powered agents is important. A solution-oriented and agile mindset, creativity, user-centricity with a strong focus on learning impact, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are also necessary.
Fluency in French (native or fluent) and a minimum B2 level in English are required.
