Senior Account Manager
Mirakl, a leader in marketplace innovation since 2012, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their EMEA Account Management team. This role involves managing a portfolio of enterprise platform accounts, focusing on driving growth and retention for strategic clients across the region. The team, led by VP Account Management Global Stanislas Joly, comprises Account Managers based in London, Boston, Bordeaux, and Paris, collaborating to share best practices and achieve collective objectives.
In this position, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Marketplace, Drop Ship, and Catalog Manager products. They will manage complex sales cycles end-to-end, build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, and develop account plans that align client business objectives with Mirakl's roadmap. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams is essential to deliver a seamless, high-value experience throughout the client lifecycle.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or client success roles, particularly with global or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology environment. A proven track record in driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell motions with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients is required. Experience working in an international context, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances across EMEA markets, is also essential.
