Growth Marketing Director
Mirakl is seeking a Growth Marketing Director to lead and optimize the inbound marketing funnel for Mirakl Connect across the EMEA region. This role involves designing, deploying, and continuously refining marketing strategies to drive traffic acquisition and lead conversion, with a strong emphasis on digital channels. The position is part of the EMEA Marketing team, reporting to the VP Marketing EMEA, and involves managing a team of three digital marketing professionals.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive inbound marketing strategies, leading a team to enhance digital marketing efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. The role also involves driving AI-powered demand generation by partnering with the AI Strategist and the Mirakl Connect SMB sales team to automate and scale demand generation workflows. Additionally, the Growth Marketing Director will oversee organic visibility and full-funnel performance reporting, supporting GEO and SEO initiatives for Mirakl Connect across EMEA markets.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably within a B2B mid-market SaaS environment. A proven track record in managing SEO/SEM/GEO, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), display, and email automation campaigns at scale is essential. Experience in managing a small team or mentoring junior marketers is also required. The ideal candidate will possess digital growth expertise, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
