Head of Sales, Mirakl Ads
Mirakl, a leading enterprise marketplace SaaS platform, is seeking a Head of Sales for Mirakl Ads to drive the expansion of its retail media activities in the Americas. This role involves leading a dynamic sales team to promote Mirakl Ads among both new and existing customers, contributing to the company's mission of empowering businesses in the platform economy. The position is available in either the Boston or New York office.
As the Head of Sales for Mirakl Ads in the Americas, you will be responsible for building, leading, and motivating a talented sales team composed of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers. You will define and execute a global go-to-market strategy aligned with Mirakl's objectives, establish relationships with key decision-makers at the VP, EVP, and C-suite levels, and provide executive sponsorship for clients. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team through coaching, recruiting, and training, and collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to build accurate forecasts and pipelines.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven success in software sales, with at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team of 10 or more people. Experience within the retail media industry is highly desirable. A demonstrated track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through acquiring new clients and implementing effective sales strategies is essential.
