About The Role
EliseAI is hiring a Strategy & Operations, Senior Associate for our housing division to support high-impact projects that drive growth and scale across the business. This is a generalist role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, likes to work across teams, and wants to own outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to solve critical problems—whether that means improving how we go to market, refining client onboarding, or building internal systems that help us operate smarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional strategic projects across the full customer lifecycle—from improving sales performance and pricing strategy to optimizing implementation and post-sale processes
