AI Team Lead

Cato Networks is seeking an AI Team Lead to spearhead the development and integration of artificial intelligence solutions within our cloud-based networking and security platform. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) offerings, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

The AI Team Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the AI strategy, leading a team of AI engineers and researchers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities across our product suite. Key responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of AI models, ensuring scalability and performance, and driving innovation in areas such as threat detection, network optimization, and automated responses.

Candidates should possess a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with at least 5 years of experience in AI development and 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, experience with cloud platforms, and a solid understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required.
