Analista de Governança e Performance Clínica
The Analista de Governança e Performance Clínica will join the Clinical Governance team at Wellz, a division of Wellhub, in São Paulo. Wellz is a corporate mental health platform that combines technology with human expertise to deliver personalized mental health journeys, including online therapy, group sessions, interactive content, and 24/7 specialist support. The Clinical Governance team ensures that all business fronts integrate human care with technological scalability, adhering to best practices in mental health.
In this role, you will manage and optimize workflows within the CRM system (Pipefy), leveraging automation and AI tools to scale clinical operations. You will establish and maintain an updated Knowledge Hub to provide standardized and validated responses for partner teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with these business teams, acting as the primary technical contact, triaging requests, and filtering those requiring in-depth clinical judgment. Ensuring clinical rigor in content by reviewing communication flows and engagement campaigns to align with clinical guidelines is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Psychology, Nursing, Social Sciences, Public Health, Biomedicine, or related health fields. You should possess strong operational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for process mapping and efficiency, and a passion for resolving bottlenecks and eliminating rework. Excellent communication and articulation abilities are essential, enabling seamless interaction with various teams. Practical experience with CRM systems and workflow structuring, particularly with Pipefy, is highly advantageous. A curious and adaptable mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and comfort working in dynamic, fast-changing environments are also important. Proficiency in written communication and synthesis is crucial for developing knowledge bases, reviewing campaigns, and creating manuals or playbooks.
