Analyst, Customer Success Opertaions
Mitratech is seeking an Analyst, Customer Success Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. This role focuses on supporting Customer Success reporting, dashboarding, and process optimization. The Analyst will collaborate with teams across Customer Success, Account Management, Finance, and other relevant departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing case queues with attention to detail, creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, coordinating with the Collections Team to manage customer suspensions and warnings, and supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting. The Analyst will also escalate critical challenges within owned processes and systems to leadership and ensure tasks align with company standards and goals.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in operations, deal desk, data integrity, finance, and/or business analytics, preferably within high-growth, fast-paced technology companies. Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft/Google suite is essential. Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously are required. The candidate should also possess the ability to influence stakeholders constructively and work both independently and collaboratively.
