Analyste Comptable (Global) // Accounting Analyst (Global)

As an Accounting Analyst on the Global Accounting team at Plusgrade, you will play a critical role in supporting the integrity and accuracy of revenue-related processes for the Points Business Unit (PBU). Your responsibilities will evolve over time as you develop deeper expertise in our systems, clients, and operational workflows.

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Analyst, you will manage and oversee Accounts Receivable, including invoice creation, deposit application, collections, AR Aging reports, analysis of balances, and creation of any allowance for doubtful accounts as needed. You will also prepare and review Partner Remittance Summaries and Remittances, ensuring compliance with contractual payment terms. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and calculating revenue and its direct costs, as well as related journal entries.

The ideal candidate will possess a university or college/CEGEP degree in Accounting or a related field. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs, are essential. Superior communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a strong attention to detail are required. The ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, and manage multiple tasks under pressure within tight timelines is also important.
