Analytical Service Manager - Team Customer Service
The Analytical Service Manager - Team Customer Service at Eurofins serves as the primary liaison between key clients and the laboratory, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. In this role, the manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Daily tasks include coordinating internal communications, managing client complaints, and liaising with partner laboratories to ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.
Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in key account customer service, along with a degree in food technology, chemistry, or a related field. Proficiency in English at a communicative level (B2), strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential. Familiarity with PN-EN ISO 17025:2018 standards and experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Client Relations Management (CRM) systems are advantageous.
