Analytics Senior Executive, GOC
The Analytics Senior Executive at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) is responsible for quantifying and measuring the success of marketing and advertising executions, delivering actionable insights that drive innovation. This role involves close collaboration with Analytics and cross-discipline team members across various global locations, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in analytical processes.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of marketing data, from collection and cleaning to analysis and validation. The role requires communicating campaign insights internally, tailoring recommendations for actionability, supporting the implementation of measurement tools, creating visually appealing presentations, proactively resolving project issues, and staying updated on product offerings and their impact on analytics.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Technology, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent. A minimum of two years' experience in a marketing analytics role is required, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Google Workspace is essential). Exposure to both Brand and Direct Response marketing campaign measurement, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven problem-solving are essential. Experience with generative AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT, and programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python, is advantageous.
