The Apoio ao Cliente Profissional (M/F/D) role at AUTO1 Group involves managing interactions with professional clients, both inbound and outbound, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling post-sale processes such as transportation coordination, addressing complaints, managing documentation, and overseeing payments. The role also involves collaborating with the logistics department to monitor vehicle statuses and coordinate pickups and deliveries. Additionally, the professional will serve as a liaison between the Finance, Logistics, and Complaints departments, and assist in generating reports and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Candidates should have experience in customer support and administrative functions, with strong analytical and organizational skills. The ability to multitask and attention to detail are essential. Motivation and efficiency in dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environments are highly valued. Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required, and knowledge of English is preferred.
The compensation package includes a gross monthly salary of €920, paid over 14 months, along with a performance-based bonus of €86 per month. A daily meal allowance of €7.63 is also provided.
