Application Support Analyst
Wilson Elser, a national law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team in New York, New York. This role is integral to supporting, maintaining, and monitoring systems critical to the firm's operations and its tertiary applications.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving complex end-user support issues across the firm's core legal technology platforms, including iManage Cloud, the Intapp Risk Management Suite, litigation support systems, and Litera One. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing Tier 2 application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for attorneys, legal staff, and business professionals. Additionally, you will train peers and end users on current and new application functionality, manage user access, roles, permissions, and ethical walls across all supported applications, and support information governance policies.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent professional work experience. A minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in application support or legal technology systems is required. Experience supporting legal platforms such as iManage Cloud, the Intapp Risk Management Suite, and Litera One is essential. Familiarity with litigation support, e-discovery, and docketing platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 and common integrations for document and email management, is highly valued.
