Area Sales Manager

Eurofins is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on promoting and selling our Diatherix Eurofins product line within the Raleigh, NC region. This role is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive analytical testing services across various industries, ensuring the safety and quality of products that impact daily life.

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory business plan to meet and exceed sales targets. Key duties include educating clients on the value of our products and services, demonstrating return on investment, and fostering strong customer relationships. The role also involves monitoring competitive activities, delivering effective presentations, and collaborating with marketing and other sales teams to implement sales and marketing plans.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in biological sciences such as Biology, Chemistry, or Microbiology, with strong quantitative skills. A minimum of two years' experience in sales within pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, or related medical fields targeting the outpatient physician market is required. Experience in molecular diagnostics sales and familiarity with PCR, infection prevention, and antimicrobials are advantageous. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a team-oriented mindset.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $77,000, complemented by commission opportunities and a $600 monthly car allowance. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with other full-time benefits.
