ASSISTANT BACK-OFFICE H/F
Eurofins, a global leader in analytical testing services, is seeking an Assistant Back-Office to join our dynamic team at Les Pennes-Mirabeau. This role is integral to our audit operations within the agro-food sector, ensuring seamless administrative support and contributing to the efficiency of our business unit.
The Assistant Back-Office will be responsible for verifying billing orders against scheduling tables, preparing and dispatching invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Additional duties include monitoring accounts receivable, managing procurement processes, handling telephone communications and mail, organizing logistics for meetings and seminars, and archiving financial documents.
Candidates should possess a Bac+2 qualification, such as a BTS in management assistance or secretarial studies, and have at least two years of experience in billing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet applications is essential. A good command of English is required for handling calls and emails. The ideal candidate will demonstrate rigor, organization, pragmatism, and strong communication skills.
