As an Assistant Commercial VO (H/F) at AUTO1 Group, you will be a key player in our Vendezvotrevoiture.fr agency, contributing to the growth and innovation of the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to clients, ensuring a positive experience both in the agency and online. You will manage administrative tasks meticulously, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant. Collaborating closely with the headquarters, you will coordinate contract shipments and maintain effective communication. Additionally, you will evaluate vehicles with precision and transparency, negotiate effectively to finalize purchases, and contribute to the overall development and upkeep of the agency.
The ideal candidate is motivated by challenges, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and adapts easily to various situations. Excellent listening abilities, autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit are essential. A successful background in administrative tasks, proficiency in office tools, and a valid driver's license (Permis B) are required.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a fixed salary and a variable component based on performance, with an average annual gross package of €25,500.
