As an Assistant(e) Facturation, your primary responsibilities will include participating in the monthly client invoicing process in collaboration with operational teams, ensuring accurate integration of client invoices into appropriate financial tools, reconciling discrepancies between invoicing and accounting systems, assisting with the integration of invoices into clients' electronic platforms, and supporting the follow-up and collection of client payments. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks that contribute to the company's objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in finance or accounting, with experience in billing and financial reconciliation. Proficiency in financial software and strong analytical skills are essential. Fluency in French is required, and familiarity with electronic invoicing platforms is advantageous.
