The Consultant, IP Services CX Japan at Anaqua is a pivotal role within the Client Success team, focusing on delivering exceptional support to patent and trademark clients. In this position, the consultant is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date portfolio records, and providing solutions to client requirements in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include monitoring docketing, delivering data reconciliation, and offering both internal and external software training related to the services division. Additionally, the role involves authoring and updating process documentation and engaging in continuous process improvements across the business.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Japanese and possess business-level English proficiency. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with client-facing skills and experience. Essential qualities include excellent problem-solving abilities, superb attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to multitask and manage multiple complex tasks. The candidate should also demonstrate proactive client relationship management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
