KBRA Holdings LLC is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join its Legal Department in New York, NY. This role involves working closely with various departments, including analysts, compliance, finance, technology, and senior management, to address a wide range of legal matters. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's operations within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting client engagement letters, subscription agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents. Additional duties include supporting corporate governance activities, advising on data privacy and cybersecurity laws, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, collaborating with the Compliance Department on SEC-related matters, assisting with regulatory affairs, and managing intellectual property rights.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be admitted to the New York Bar. A minimum of 6 to 10 years of legal experience is required, with a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements. Familiarity with corporate governance, securities laws, and regulated environments is essential. Experience in structured finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent research, analytical, organizational, and project management abilities, are necessary.

The anticipated annual base salary for this full-time position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
