Assistant General Counsel, Security Services

The core responsibilities of this role center on managing and advising on legal matters related to security services, including regulatory compliance, incident response, risk management, and customer agreements. You will serve as the primary legal advisor for the security team, draft and negotiate contracts related to Coalition's security offerings, and deliver practical solutions to complex legal and business challenges. Day-to-day work includes reviewing new service offerings, advising on privacy and data protection issues, and supporting both proactive and reactive cybersecurity initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction. Significant experience in cybersecurity, technology law, or insurance is highly desirable, along with a proven record of handling regulatory issues and supporting innovative technology businesses. Strong drafting, negotiating, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and translate legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business partners.
