Assistant Manager, Biddable
WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager, Biddable to join our Media Activation team. This role focuses on project leadership and client management within the biddable media space. The Assistant Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, act as a primary client contact, and coordinate the daily activities of junior team members to ensure operational excellence and client success.
Key responsibilities include managing biddable campaigns for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing expectations, and confidently presenting campaign plans and performance reports. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will provide daily guidance and support to specialists and executives, reviewing campaign setups, reports, and client communications to ensure quality and strategic alignment. Contributing to the development of biddable media strategies and analyzing performance data to deliver clear, strategic insights and recommendations are also essential aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in client-facing roles. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build client trust, are required. Experience in reviewing the work of and providing guidance to junior team members, as well as a thorough understanding of key biddable platforms and their strategic application, are also necessary. Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required.
