Assistant Manager Business Development

Eurofins Spectro is seeking an Assistant Manager for Business Development to join our Industrial Product Testing division. This role focuses on expanding our Fire Testing services by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the infrastructure and construction sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing client relationships.

Key responsibilities include researching and evaluating industry prospects to generate leads, delivering presentations that highlight the benefits and scope of our Fire Testing services, and establishing and nurturing client relationships to recommend tailored solutions. The role also involves negotiating with customers to provide quotes and secure initial orders, ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support, and overseeing timely payment collection. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will conduct market intelligence and competitor mapping, as well as re-engage with former clients to revive business opportunities.

Candidates should possess an MBA and have 6 to 9 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the infrastructure or construction industries. Experience with construction chemical manufacturers, waterproofing material manufacturers, doors, and elevator manufacturers is highly desirable.
