Assistant Manager Business Development- Punjab & Himachal

Eurofins Spectro, a leader in industrial product testing, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Business Development to oversee operations in Punjab and Himachal. This role focuses on expanding the company's fire testing services by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the infrastructure and construction sectors.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for researching and evaluating potential clients, generating leads, and delivering presentations that highlight the benefits and scope of Eurofins' fire testing services. Key duties include establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client budgets and needs, negotiating contracts, providing quotes, and securing initial orders. Additionally, the role involves ensuring proper after-sales support, timely payment collection, conducting market intelligence, competitor mapping, and re-engaging with former clients to revive business relationships.

Candidates should possess an MBA and have 6 to 9 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the infrastructure or construction industries. Experience with construction chemical manufacturers, waterproofing material manufacturers, doors, and elevator manufacturers is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
