Assistant Qualité

Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, the Assistant Qualité will be responsible for implementing and promoting quality initiatives across our two COFRAC-accredited agronomic analysis laboratories. Key responsibilities include overseeing or supervising metrological verifications, managing equipment inventory, organizing quality-related meetings, monitoring performance indicators, and training staff on the Quality Management System (QMS) and Metrology. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement efforts to ensure client satisfaction by recording discrepancies and non-conformities, identifying corrective actions, and tracking their implementation. Additionally, the Assistant Qualité will manage the quality management documentation system, from document creation to dissemination and presentation to teams, and assist the Quality Manager in various tasks.
The ideal candidate holds a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree with a specialization in Quality and Metrology and has prior experience in the field. A strong interest in quality, regulatory, and normative monitoring is essential. Knowledge of quality management standards (ISO 17025) and accreditation programs, as well as safety management systems related to our industry, would be advantageous. The candidate should be meticulous, organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess practical skills. Autonomy and strong interpersonal skills are also important for this role.
