ASSISTENTE DE LABORATÓRIO
As an Assistente de Laboratório at Eurofins, you will be an integral part of our laboratory team, contributing to the execution of analytical techniques and supporting activities. Your primary responsibilities will include performing various analytical procedures such as weighing and homogenization, guiding assistants and interns, and communicating with the registration area regarding samples in process. You will also conduct proficiency tests under the supervision of analysts, report any routine issues or material needs to analysts or coordination, and organize the laboratory for material preparation, including solutions, buffers, culture media, and standard solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking temperatures, validating solutions and reagents in use, entering information into the system according to the respective business line, archiving documents as per quality training, requesting corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment, and segregating and disposing of waste.
The ideal candidate will possess a complete technical course in Chemistry, Biology, Genetics, or Molecular Biology. Pursuing a degree in a related field is considered a plus.
