Assistente de Suporte a Serviços Técnicos
The Assistente de Suporte a Serviços Técnicos at Eurofins is responsible for executing activities related to building maintenance, equipment upkeep, general services, and inventory control. This role ensures timely completion of tasks while maintaining organization and prioritizing safety and integrity.
Key responsibilities include receiving and verifying supplies through invoices and purchase orders, storing quality certificates according to relevant procedures, and distributing supplies to laboratories based on requests. The assistant also checks material requisitions, updates the system accordingly, conducts monthly inventory closures by counting supplies, and organizes stock upon arrival. Additional duties involve processing standards by entering invoices into the system, transferring supplies between laboratories as needed, and liaising with the Purchasing department and suppliers to obtain quality certificates or address order issues.
The ideal candidate demonstrates commitment, effective communication, interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, attention to detail, critical analysis, and familiarity with warehouse routines, report completion, and indicators. Proactivity, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility, and agility are also valued. A high school diploma is required, with a technical degree considered advantageous. While prior experience is not mandatory, proficiency in receiving and verifying invoices and materials, product distribution, inventory control, logistics, and basic knowledge of ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets are essential.
The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Familiarity with the TOTVS (Protheus) ERP system is beneficial.
