In this role, the assistant is responsible for supporting administrative and financial tasks, including managing bank accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and organizing financial documents. Key responsibilities involve assisting with company payments and reimbursements, ensuring timely processing, reconciling supplier accounts, recording treasury movements, preparing control spreadsheets and reports, maintaining document archives, managing the administrative cash register, and daily monitoring of bank statements and ERP system entries. The assistant also supports audits and addresses internal and external client inquiries related to the finance area.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, with 1 to 3 years of experience in finance. Proficiency in intermediate Excel and knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and collection routines are required. Familiarity with financial mathematics and tax regulations is desirable.
