Associate Account Executive, Mirakl Connect
As an Associate Account Executive for Mirakl Connect, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth by identifying and engaging small and medium-sized business (SMB) sellers and brands across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the Netherlands and Nordics. You will join a dynamic sales team led by the Director of Monetization, collaborating with eight Account Executives covering EMEA and China to connect top sellers with leading marketplace platforms, thereby simplifying and accelerating multi-channel expansion for global brands and retailers.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing pipelines, delivering compelling solution presentations, and negotiating deals to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively prospecting new clients, serving as a trusted advisor to SMB clients by consulting on their multi-channel expansion needs, and demonstrating how Mirakl Connect's Channel Management solution delivers measurable value. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless integrations and accelerated time-to-value for new customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment. Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for driving results in a high-growth environment are also key attributes. Fluency in English at a C2 level is mandatory, and proficiency in Dutch (B2 to C2 level) is required; additional fluency in Swedish or Danish is considered a plus.
