Associate Attorney (Lemon Law)

Plaintiff-side law firm in California that specializes in lemon law and other consumer protection actions is looking to hire an attorney with 1 - 5 years of civil litigation experience. The attorney will be responsible for drafting motions, drafting and responding to discovery, making court appearances, client interaction, taking and defending depositions, settlement negotiations, trial preparation and trial.  Compensation will be determined based on years of practice and experience.
