Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join their civil litigation team in Los Angeles, CA. The firm focuses on plaintiff-side personal injury and school/government liability cases, offering a supportive environment for professional growth.

In this role, the Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters in litigation. Responsibilities include preparing and drafting legal documents, such as filing complaints and discovery motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, and negotiating settlements. The position also involves preparing clients for depositions and other hearings, as well as directing and supporting investigations on assigned litigation matters.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law, with a strong background in personal injury litigation, including pre-litigation case management and discovery. A Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with the California State Bar are required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in Workers' Compensation is a plus.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $80,000 to $160,000 per year, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, complimentary parking, and paid time off.
