Personal Injury Virtual Assistant

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Virtual Assistant / Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This role is integral to our pre-litigation personal injury practice, reporting directly to the Department Supervisor and contributing to our commitment to excellence in client representation.

Key responsibilities include maintaining prompt communication with clients, providing case updates, and monitoring client treatment portfolios. The role also involves obtaining evidence, medical records, and bills, assisting clients with treatment and property damage claims, managing attorney schedules efficiently, and organizing electronic case files within the firm's case management system.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Case Manager in personal injury law, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess experience with case management software. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with effective time management are essential. A customer service-oriented attitude in fast-paced environments is also required.
