Associate (Cashiering/O2C)

As an Associate in Cashiering/O2C, you will be responsible for end-to-end cashiering operations, including monitoring bank receipts and accurately posting funds to client and office accounts in compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidelines. Your duties will encompass recording receipts against invoices, validating reports, and ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and data protection standards. Additionally, you will support audits and regulatory reviews, handle client and cross-team queries, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduate or post-graduate degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and excellent written and oral communication abilities are essential. A self-starter with a positive attitude, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a strong focus on internal customer service and team collaboration are highly valued.
