The company provides a flexible work environment with options for remote, hybrid, or in-office work, as well as flexible time off, including volunteer time off, vacation, sick leave, and 12 paid holidays.

At Experian, the culture emphasizes inclusion, authenticity, work-life balance, development, wellness, collaboration, and recognition.
