Associate - Commercial Property
Foot Anstey LLP is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join our dynamic team in Southampton. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of commercial property transactions and play a visible part in client work. We provide a strong platform for a mid-level lawyer looking to broaden their experience, build a profile within the team, and take the next step in their career.
In this position, you will advise on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management. You will handle landlord and tenant work such as lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and break options. Acting for a wide variety of clients, including investors, developers, corporate occupiers, and asset managers, you will support strategic asset management projects, delivering practical and commercial legal solutions. Collaboration with specialists in other practice groups to deliver comprehensive advice and building strong client relationships through business development initiatives are also key aspects of the role.
We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years PQE and solid technical experience in commercial property transactions and asset management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing their own matters while contributing to team objectives.
