The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher and have experience leading and developing an ambitious HR team. Extensive experience in employee relations, including wellbeing, absence, performance, and grievance management, is essential. Strong coaching capabilities, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to lead through complexity and change are also required. Experience in a professional or regulated environment is desirable but not essential.
