Associate Consultant, Corporate Legal Technology Solutions
Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Consultant to join our Corporate Legal Technology Solutions team. This role involves implementing and supporting software solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with their business processes. As part of a globally integrated team, the Associate Consultant will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality legal technology solutions.
Key responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and supporting software solutions based on customer requirements. The Associate Consultant will engage with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable configurations, troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently, and coordinate with technical teams as needed. Additionally, the role involves learning new technologies to support Harbor implementation projects and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Data & Analytics. An understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management, is essential. Strong observational, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills, along with effective communication abilities, are required. Proficiency in Java, Python, XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, and SQL is advantageous.
