Senior Manager, Contracts Lifecycle Management
Harbor is seeking a Senior Manager to join our dynamic Contracts team within the Corporate Legal Solutions practice group. This team specializes in providing legal technology professional services to corporate law departments, focusing on optimizing client returns through strategic technology application. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing various technology projects and initiatives, particularly in the areas of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and contracting AI technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing contracting processes and technology, developing technology roadmaps, system selection and implementation, data migration, and change management. You will lead project management efforts, including creating and maintaining project schedules, managing budgets and scope, and providing routine status updates. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements, and advise clients on integrating existing technologies to enhance their legal operations function.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CLM and contracting AI technology assessment, design planning, and implementation. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Experience in business development activities, such as qualifying opportunities and proposal presentations, is also beneficial.
