Associate Counsel - NYC

Datadog, a leading provider of cloud-scale monitoring and security solutions, is seeking an Associate Counsel to join their New York City team. This role offers an opportunity to support the Commercial Sales and Customer Success teams by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating customer-facing agreements, while developing expertise as an in-house commercial attorney. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Privacy, Customer Trust, and Product Legal, to facilitate efficient deal execution within established legal frameworks.
