Associate Director, Business Development, Maneuver Dominance Group 3
Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to join the Maneuver Dominance Division, focusing on Group 3 and above Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). This role is pivotal in advancing Anduril's mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities through cutting-edge technology. The Maneuver Dominance team is dedicated to redefining vertical flight by enhancing endurance, autonomy, and mission capabilities of UAS platforms.
The Associate Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver vertical lift capabilities to defense and commercial clients. Key responsibilities include planning and driving capture campaigns, engaging with current and prospective customers, and supporting proposal efforts. The role also involves strategic planning across the portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with product teams to inform development based on client needs.
Candidates must have prior experience in commercial or Department of Defense (DoD) capture and sales, with a proven track record of building and executing successful business capture strategies, particularly with the U.S. Navy. Strong analytical skills, understanding of market forces, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A bachelor's degree is required, along with eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000, along with highly competitive equity grants.
