Legal Counsel, IP Transactions

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in IP and Technology Transactions to join its dynamic Legal team. This role is integral to supporting the legal aspects of Anduril's most strategically important IP and technology deals, including inbound and outbound technology licensing, IP-heavy commercial partnerships, collaboration and co-development agreements, strategic alliances, OEM and reseller arrangements, data and model licensing, and the IP and technology aspects of M&A and joint ventures. The position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States.
