The position requires direct engagement with retail media networks on behalf of clients, supporting the Director of Commerce Search to maximize retail media investments.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of direct reports, overseeing search media activations across multiple retailer media networks, executing campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to ensure client goal attainment. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with key account stakeholders, ensuring ongoing campaign compliance with established guidelines, leading cross-channel testing and optimization strategies, preparing regular performance reports, and staying updated on marketplace dynamics related to ad products, technology, and measurement across search partners.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years in biddable performance media execution or paid e-commerce is required, with a strong preference for retail media search execution. Experience in managing a team of direct reports, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a deep understanding of retail commercial elements such as profit margin, inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning are essential. Additionally, familiarity with retail bid management platforms like Pacvue or Skai, and experience in campaign management across multiple retail platforms are advantageous.
