Associate Director, Digital
The Associate Director, Digital at WPP Media is a pivotal role within the Media Planning team, focusing on the digital paid media landscape. This position involves close collaboration with the PlayStation team, bridging media planning and activation to drive innovative strategies and executions. In this role, the Associate Director will consult on media strategies, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support test refinement and prioritization. They will develop media plans aligned with testing and measurement frameworks, coordinate activation specialists to ensure timely media executions, and manage client relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with approximately four days per week in the office in London.
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including expertise in digital platforms and activation strategies. Strong client management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders, are essential. The role demands the ability to translate business and marketing KPIs into media strategies and plans, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
