Associate Director, Programmatic
The Associate Director, Programmatic at WPP Media is a leadership role within the programmatic team, responsible for managing a group of programmatic professionals and maintaining positive client relationships. The Associate Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and mitigating client risks, and educating clients on the importance of programmatic in the marketing mix. Additionally, the role involves supporting and leading the strategic development and execution of programmatic campaigns and demonstrating thought leadership within the industry.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of industry experience, preferably within an agency setting, and demonstrated strong client relationship management skills. Proven account management experience, including analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, is essential. The candidate should possess superior verbal and written communication skills, outstanding presentation abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Experience with programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, App Nexus (Xandr Invest), and Amazon is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
