Manager Programmatic (Mensch)
As a Manager Programmatic at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in advancing and executing programmatic advertising strategies for our clients. WPP Media, a global media network within WPP, leverages creativity and technology to drive transformative growth for brands worldwide.
In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign results to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring that ongoing campaigns are effectively set up and continuously improved within Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). You will also assist in selecting appropriate target audiences, technologies, and inventories for programmatic purchasing, while closely monitoring key performance indicators to achieve agreed-upon performance goals. Collaboration with specialist teams and external partners in an international setting is a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field, with over 1-2 years of experience in online marketing. A solid understanding of the digital media landscape, including DSPs, data, inventories, and ad and audience verification technologies, is essential. Proficiency in structuring complex information using tools like Excel and PowerPoint, along with fluency in both German and English, is required. Additionally, a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated in the programmatic field is highly valued.
