The Manager - Paid Social at WPP Media is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms. This role involves creating performance reports, managing client communications, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of campaigns. The position is part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing paid social strategies that align with client objectives, managing and mentoring a team of paid social specialists, and collaborating with other media channels and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns. The Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing regular performance updates and strategic guidance, and staying updated with industry trends to continuously improve team capabilities and campaign performance.

Candidates should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream and have 4-6 years of experience running paid social campaigns. In-depth knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat is essential. Experience in creating media plans for client briefs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS-Office and social media management tools like SocialFlow and Sprinklr, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple clients simultaneously are also required. Hands-on experience in social media advertising, ad creation, and optimization, along with an active interest in digital media, planning, strategizing, web analytics, and other aspects of performance marketing, are highly desirable.
