The Programmatic Specialist at WPP Media is responsible for managing programmatic campaigns from setup to optimization, ensuring they align with client objectives. This role involves configuring campaigns within various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), monitoring performance against key performance indicators, and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.

Key responsibilities include configuring and launching programmatic campaigns, managing campaign trafficking, and ensuring proper implementation of tracking pixels and tags. The specialist will continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. They will act as a consultant, providing recommendations for campaign adjustments and proactively implementing strategies to maximize performance. Additionally, the role involves developing audience targeting plans, performing regular reviews of campaign status, and generating insightful performance reports.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in programmatic buying, biddable media, or trafficking, with hands-on experience using DSPs such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP. Familiarity with analytics and brand-safety tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with a passion for digital advertising and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with automation solutions like scripting or APIs is considered a plus.
